These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Kinbridge website and your participation in our programmes. By accessing the website or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Our Programmes

Kinbridge offers educational workshops, toolkits, and structured programmes focused on communication skills, household organisation, and co-parenting coordination. All content is skills-based and informational in nature.

Our programmes do not constitute legal advice, financial advice, counselling, psychotherapy, or any regulated professional service. Where qualified specialist support is needed, we encourage participants to seek it independently. Kinbridge does not refer participants to specific professionals and is not responsible for any outcomes arising from decisions made outside the scope of our programmes.

2. Enrolment and Fees

2.1 Programme fees

• Family Conversation Workshop — ฿3,400 per participant
• Household Organisation Toolkit — ฿6,800 per household unit
• Co-Communication Programme — ฿11,200 per enrolment

All fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at the time of booking. Fees are confirmed in writing before enrolment is finalised.

2.2 Payment

Payment is due in full prior to programme commencement unless a written instalment arrangement has been agreed. We will provide payment instructions upon confirming your enrolment.

2.3 Changes to fees

Kinbridge reserves the right to adjust programme fees. Any change will not apply to enrolments already confirmed and paid.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation by participant

If you need to cancel an enrolment, please notify us in writing as soon as possible at [email protected].

• Cancellation more than 14 days before the programme start date — full refund of fees paid
• Cancellation 7–14 days before the start date — 50% refund
• Cancellation fewer than 7 days before the start date — no refund, though a transfer to a future session will be considered where places allow

3.2 Cancellation by Kinbridge

If Kinbridge cancels a programme due to insufficient enrolment, facilitator unavailability, or circumstances outside our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.

3.3 Non-attendance

If a participant does not attend a session without prior notice, the fee for that session is not refundable.

4. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants. Kinbridge reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a session, without refund, if their conduct is disruptive or disrespectful to others.

The materials and content provided in our programmes are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share programme materials without our written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, programme materials, toolkits, templates, and resources created by Kinbridge remain the intellectual property of Kinbridge. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to participants.

You are welcome to make personal notes and apply the skills learned in your own household. Commercial use, redistribution, or republication of our materials is not permitted without prior written agreement.

6. Website Use

You may use the Kinbridge website for personal, informational purposes. You must not use the website in any way that is unlawful, harmful to others, or that interferes with the website's normal operation.

We try to keep the website accurate and current, but we make no representations about the completeness or suitability of information on the site for any particular purpose. We reserve the right to change or remove content at any time without notice.

7. Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to external websites for reference. These links are provided as a convenience. Kinbridge does not endorse or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked sites.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Kinbridge is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the website or participation in our programmes. Our total liability for any direct loss is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant programme.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using our website or enrolling in a programme, you acknowledge our data practices as described there.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the website or enrolment in a programme after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
